Gerard V has been hypnotising since 1994. He is a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Progamming (NLP) and has a diploma in Stage Hypnotism from the Canadian Institute of Hypnosis. Gerard has a relaxed and engaging style. Unlike many other hypnotists he does not demean or embarrass his volunteers, nor ask them to do anything he wouldn’t do himself. Instead he uses That Hypno Show to draw on the inner theatrical talents we all have, and engages the volunteers to express the silly, funny side of their personalities in a series of hilarious skits rather like theatre sports. Gerard and his team present a clean, classy show, suitable for corporate entertainment, conferences, cabarets, and fund raising events. 
Gerard's full name is Gerard Verschuren. He was born in Christchurch, New Zealand, and lives in Wellington with his lovely wife, Lynley, his horses, Jumbo, Jasmine and Magnum, and their collection of furry friends. Gerard performs in New Zealand and Australia, and is available for bookings in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Melbourne, Sydney, most other Australasian cities and pretty much anywhere in the world. |
